By creating an account or using Hablobi, you agree to these terms.

1. What Hablobi is

Hablobi is a Qur'an companion and gifting app. Read and listen to the Qur'an, recite to grow a garden, and send cards and flowers to your companions. It is offered as-is and improved continually.

2. Your account

You need an account for account-based features such as sending and receiving gifts. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 13 or older to use Hablobi. Account deletion is available in Locker → Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what may be retained.

3. What you send

You keep ownership of what you write and give us the limited license needed to deliver and store it for you and your recipients. Delivered gifts may remain with their recipients after you delete your account. Do not send unlawful, hateful, harassing or abusive material. Users can report and block; abusive accounts may be restricted or removed.

4. Respect for the sacred

The Qur'an reader and recitation playback remain free. Sacred text and recitation come from the sources credited in the app, not generative AI. The Garden is a companion experience, not a certification of pronunciation, memorization or religious standing. Hablobi does not provide medical advice or religious rulings.

5. Hablobi+

Hablobi+ is optional. It includes unlimited solo Gardens without rewarded ads, exclusive card designs and materials, hosting Grow with Friends, and Mimo subject to the usage details below. Ordinary Quran reading and listening, prayer tools, basic card designs and giving earned flowers, received gifts and joining a friend's garden remain free. A premium design's star indicates that a new send or export requires Plus; previewing is free. Earned cosmetic levels are separate from a subscription. An already-delivered premium gift stays readable after the sender's subscription ends.

The first Garden tutorial is free and uninterrupted. In the rewarded-ad version, each later new solo Garden, including a repeat after completion, uses a verified rewarded ad or Plus. An unfinished, previously opened Garden can resume without another ad. Existing earned credits and flowers remain valid. There is no timed free opening in this version; older installed versions can retain their previous opening rules. Watching is a deliberate choice, not an automatic ad. Closing before earning the reward does not unlock a Garden. Access is confirmed by a signed server receipt; an interruption can delay that confirmation. Ad supply is not guaranteed. If an ad is unavailable, ordinary Quran reading remains free; contact support about a missing earned reward.

Plus lets you host shared gardens for accepted Ashab. Friends can join, recite, collect and give earned bouquets without Plus, including after a host's membership ends. Shared gardens do not spend solo Garden openings.

Plus is an optional monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The app and Apple's purchase sheet show the full localized charge and billing period before purchase. A yearly plan is billed in full annually, not monthly, and requires an explicit choice. No new free trial is included. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Your subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Restore purchases through Hablobi's Plus screen or subscription settings. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Apple's purchase and refund rules apply; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Mimo: access and usage details

Mimo is an optional AI feature within Plus, not unlimited AI access. The current allowance is up to 150 requests per account per UTC day and 1,200 per UTC calendar month, whichever limit is reached first. Each question, follow-up or newly generated explanation uses a request once admitted to processing; an unsuccessful request may still count. Reopening a saved answer or its existing verse view does not make a new AI request. Unused requests do not roll over. Allowances are not transferable, redeemable for cash or a separate purchased credit balance.

To prevent scripts and unexpected costs, current protections also allow at most six requests in a rolling minute, twenty in five minutes, one in-flight request per account and four across the service. The current shared safety ceiling is 200 requests per UTC day across all accounts. An individual allowance is not reserved shared capacity: a temporary capacity message can occur before your allowance is reached. These protections are not a promise of uninterrupted availability. Material changes to paid-feature allowances require notice before taking effect, subject to applicable law; these terms do not authorize silently reducing a purchased benefit.

Mimo can retrieve an irrelevant passage or give an incorrect explanation. AI explanations are distinct from canonical Quran text and the credited translation. It is not a scholar, fatwa service, authoritative tafsir, therapist or emergency service. Check the cited context and consult a qualified person where appropriate. Do not submit another person's private information, automate requests, share account credentials or attempt to bypass access and safety checks. Your explicit AI-sharing consent and our Privacy Policy describe the data flow and local answer history.

Prayer tools

Prayer times are calculated estimates based on the city and settings you choose. Compare them with a trusted local mosque and adjust the method or offsets where appropriate. Qibla depends on location and sensor accuracy; do not treat a low-accuracy or unavailable reading as a reliable live direction. Alerts are opt-in and may be delayed or silenced by iOS, Focus, device settings or connectivity. Hablobi does not promise to override those settings or guarantee delivery.

6. Online features and downloads

Shared-garden synchronization, invitations, sharing, account services and new media downloads require a network connection. Solo and shared-garden recognition process recitation on device. A shared garden passes accepted ayahs in join order; a waiting turn becomes available to the other members after 24 hours. Invitations close when the founder starts with the joined group. A founder may end a garden for everyone; another member may leave. These actions do not delete earned bouquets or sent gifts. Some artwork and audio are cached on your device. Availability can depend on connectivity, device support and the selected content.

7. Our limits

We work to keep Hablobi available and your keepsakes safe, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits rights your local law does not allow us to limit.

8. Changes

If these terms materially change, we will provide notice in the app before the change takes effect. Your continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
