By creating an account or using Hablobi, you agree to these terms.

1. What Hablobi is

Hablobi is a Qur'an companion and gifting app. Read and listen to the Qur'an, recite to grow a garden, and send cards and flowers to your companions. It is offered as-is and improved continually.

2. Your account

You need an account for account-based features such as sending and receiving gifts. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 13 or older to use Hablobi. Account deletion is available in Locker → Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what may be retained.

3. What you send

You keep ownership of what you write and give us the limited license needed to deliver and store it for you and your recipients. Delivered gifts may remain with their recipients after you delete your account. Do not send unlawful, hateful, harassing or abusive material. Users can report and block; abusive accounts may be restricted or removed.

4. Respect for the sacred

The Qur'an reader and recitation playback remain free. Sacred text and recitation come from the sources credited in the app, not generative AI. The Garden is a companion experience, not a certification of pronunciation, memorization or religious standing. Hablobi does not provide medical advice or religious rulings.

5. Hablobi Plus

Your first Garden opening is free. Each opening allows one complete recitation of a chosen surah, and an unfinished recitation can resume. Starting another Garden, including repeating the same surah after completion, requires a new opening. One free opening is available every 12 hours; openings do not accumulate with time. Five completed invitation shares unlock five early-opening credits together as a one-time reward per account, with no recipient signup or download required. Shares one through four advance progress but do not award credits. Historical per-share awards are preserved; reaching five adds only the remaining difference so the same reward is never paid twice. Cancellations and copying alone do not qualify. Credits let you choose a surah; they do not choose one automatically. Only starting a new timed free opening starts a new 12-hour cooldown. Spending a share credit does not restart or extend that timer. Denied taps, refreshes and unfinished-session resumes do not extend it. Previously earned credits and grown flowers remain yours. Hablobi Plus unlocks all 114 solo Gardens without waiting. It also lets you prepare shared gardens for two to five accepted Ashab, starting with Juz Amma. Only preparing a new shared garden requires Plus: joining, reciting, collecting and giving earned bouquets stay free, including after the founder's subscription ends. Shared gardens do not spend or reset solo Garden openings. The Qur’an tab, listening, Cards, Create assets, Ashab and Locker remain free. Sending an owned flower or receiving a gift does not require Plus.

Plus is an optional monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The app and Apple's purchase sheet show the applicable price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Your subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Restore purchases through Hablobi's Plus screen or subscription settings. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Apple's purchase and refund rules apply.

6. Online features and downloads

Shared-garden synchronization, invitations, sharing, account services and new media downloads require a network connection. Solo and shared-garden recognition process recitation on device. A shared garden passes accepted ayahs in join order; a waiting turn becomes available to the other members after 24 hours. Invitations close when the founder starts with the joined group. A founder may end a garden for everyone; another member may leave. These actions do not delete earned bouquets or sent gifts. Some artwork and audio are cached on your device. Availability can depend on connectivity, device support and the selected content.

7. Our limits

We work to keep Hablobi available and your keepsakes safe, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits rights your local law does not allow us to limit.

8. Changes

If these terms materially change, we will provide notice in the app before the change takes effect. Your continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
